I have watched two people treat a story in the paper as if Marek had passed a motion. He had not. The paper is what someone was willing to write at a table. The board is where the argument sits. The mail is where a bed is asked for.
If it is not in one of those three, it was a conversation, and conversations die correctly.
If the note is not in the paper, I did not see it.
